Directions Heating Guidelines - Appliances may vary, these are guidelines only. Microwave - Empty contents into a microwave container and cover. Heat on full power. Stir halfway through cooking. Do not heat more than once. 800w 4-4 1/2 mins. 900W 3-3 1/2 mins. Hob - Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not allow to boil.
